This piece is an exploration of the body and how we choose to express ourselves and show our individuality but how often through that process we invite others to have opinions on our expressive choices making it become a divisive thing. We have to choose how we will be viewed and the consequences that come with that choice. The nature of covering the face provides anonymity to hide behind, but the shinny nature of the aluminum is inviting, asking us to notice it.
